Gosh! Vegan Pigs in Blankets
These little (vegan) piggies can be enjoyed simply by themselves or served with a dip such as BBQ, tomato, or, if you’re feeling super festive, why not pair with some cranberry sauce!

Ingredients

1 packet of Gosh! 6 Veggie Sausages
1/2 a roll of gluten free or regular puff pastry
Plant milk
Sesame seeds
Method
pt 2
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius
Roll out your puff pastry on a clean board and slice into six, 1 inch thick, long pieces
Wrap each veggie sausage in a piece of the puff pastry, press down gently as you go
Place on a lined baking sheet
Paste with a little plant milk and then sprinkle with sesame seeds
Bake for 12-15 mins (until the pastry is just crisp & golden)
