Ingredients pt 1

• Gosh! Mushroom, Puy Lentil & Butter Bean Burgers
• Gosh! Beetroot, Carrot & Kale Burgers
• Burger buns (gluten free options available)
• Buffalo tomatoes
• Coriander
• Soy yogurt
• French mustard
• Your choice of side

Method pt 2

1. Preheat oven to electric 200°/ fan oven 180°/ gas mark 6, and cook Mushroom, Puy Lentil & Butter Bean and Beetroot, Kale & Quinoa Burgers in the centre of the oven for 15-20 minutes
2. Slice tomatoes
3. Mix soy yogurt and French mustard to make a heavenly sauce
4. Halve the buns and toast under a hot grill
5. Stack your burger, topping with coriander and a drizzle of sauce
6. Serve with your favourite side – we love sweet potato fries
