Gosh! Sausage Rolls

Makes 20 small rolls


  • 1 roll of puff pastry sheet
  • 1 egg
  • 3-4 tablespoons of caramelised red onion chutney
  • 2 tablespoons of dried rosemary
  • 1 pack of Gosh! Veggie Cocktail Sausages (FYI there were a few sausages left over, but one pack is defo enough)


  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C
  2. Roll out your puff pastry sheet and divide lengthwise into 5 equal strips, then divide those strips width way into 4 equal rectangles (in total creating a grid of 20 equal rectangular pastry pieces)
  3. Place half a teaspoon of caramelised onion chutney into the centre of each piece, and one Gosh! Veggie Cocktail Sausage
  4. Apply a milk or egg wash on either side of the pastry piece, then roll them up to form a small pastry roll
  5. Brush the remaining milk or egg wash to the top of the rolls and top with dried rosemary or sesame seeds
  6. Place the rolls in the oven for 10-15 mins (until golden brown)
  7. Take out and enjoy! Perfect as a little snack or dipped into some sauce
