Once the pan is hot, add in your frozen Gosh! Sweet Potato Pakora bites and your favourite chopped up vegetables (we used pepper, onion, kale, carrot & cabbage)
Stir fry the vegetables and Gosh! until they become soft, then add in half a cup of sweet chilli sauce
Mix until the sauce is fully combined then take off the heat and serve which some rice, noodles or quinoa for a delicious and quick dinner
