Gosh! Stir Fry

Serves 2


  • 1 cup of rice (uncooked)
  • 3-4 cups of sliced vegetables of choice
  • 1 packet of Gosh! Sweet Potato Pakora Bites
  • 1 cup of sweet chilli sauce


  1. Heat a wok on the stove and add a drizzle of oil
  2. Once the pan is hot, add in your frozen Gosh! Sweet Potato Pakora bites and your favourite chopped up vegetables (we used pepper, onion, kale, carrot & cabbage)
  3. Stir fry the vegetables and Gosh! until they become soft, then add in half a cup of sweet chilli sauce
  4. Mix until the sauce is fully combined then take off the heat and serve which some rice, noodles or quinoa for a delicious and quick dinner
