  • 1 packet of Gosh! 6 Veggie Sausages
  • 1/2 a roll of gluten free or regular puff pastry
  • Plant milk
  • Sesame seeds


  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius
  2. Roll out your puff pastry on a clean board and slice into six, 1 inch thick, long pieces
  3. Wrap each veggie sausage in a piece of the puff pastry, press down gently as you go
  4. Place on a lined baking sheet
  5. Paste with a little plant milk and then sprinkle with sesame seeds
  6. Bake for 12-15 mins (until the pastry is just crisp & golden)
