Happyskinkitchen’s Salad Bowl Recipe

We love a good salad bowl. They’re quick, they’re tasty, and they look stunning too. Just ask happyskinkitchen, one of our Gosh! fans. She made this vibrant dish with loads of fresh veggie ingredients, including a few of our Sweetcorn & Quinoa Bites. Here’s how she serves it:

Ingredients pt 1

Gosh! Sweetcorn & Quinoa Bites
Lettuce
Red Cabbage
Carrot
Red onion
Red pepper
Sauerkraut
Olive oil
Lemon juice
Apple cider vinegar

Method pt 2
  1. Preheat oven to: Electric 200°c/Fan Oven 180°c/Gas Mark 4. Cook the Gosh! Sweetcorn & Quinoa Bites on a baking tray for 8-10 minutes.
  2. Chop the lettuce, cabbage, onion and red peppers.
  3. Coarsely grate the carrot.
  4. Once the bites are cooked, arrange them in a bowl with the vegetables.
  5. Mix the olive oil, lemon juice and apple cider vinegar to make the dressing.
  6. Drizzle the dressing over the salad, pause to take a quick photo for Instagram, and enjoy.
