These tasty and versatile bites and a family favourite. You won’t find any added sugar in these, just a healthy dose of fibre!
Sweetcorn stands by its name with a sweet, soft, buttery flavour. The firm outer texture of sweetcorn adds a little bite to the Bites (see what we did there), but the juiciness lets the Bites be soft overall.

Quinoa is a nutty and earthy grain used in many cuisines and has a taste similar to brown rice. Quinoa on its own has a subtle flavour however in these bites it gets turbo-charged by aromatics and spices, specifically harissa. Harissa originally hails from Tunisia and is a cornerstone of many Tunisian, Israeli, Moroccan, Libyan, and Algerian dishes. It’s a chilli paste made from dried chilli peppers (ranging from very hot to mild) that are rehydrated then blended with olive oil, spices and garlic; its sweet smoky flavour amplifying the sweetness of the sweetcorn.

Ingredients:

Sweetcorn (60%), Potato Flake, Quinoa (8%), Red Onion (7%), Coriander (5%), Rapeseed Oil, Harissa Paste (2%) (Rapeseed Oil, Red Pepper, Tomato Puree, Garlic Puree (Water, Garlic Granules), Ground Cumin, Ground Coriander, Salt, Chilli Flakes), Water, Paprika, Garlic Puree (Water, Garlic Granules), Salt, Red Pepper, Tomato Puree, Ground Coriander, Ground Cumin, Chilli Flakes.
