Here at Gosh! we want to spread kindness as quickly as butter on a crumpet, so we’ve rounded up some wonderful acts to inspire to give a little love this week Get involved and share your acts of kindness on social media with #GoshKindness.

1. Woman given free travel to visit premature baby

After a train conductor noticed Rachel taking the same train journey several times a week, she enquired, only to discover the new mum has been taking the 70 mile trip to visit her newborn in a neonatal unit. The Northern Rail worker then pulled strings behind the scenes and came back to Rachel to let her know she could take these trips for free and has now been able to double her visits to her baby.

2. Locals offer tea and snacks to PCSO’s

Reigate Police Force took to Twitter to thank locals who have offered refreshments to PCSO’s working in their area.

3. Man litter picks and cleans road signs in his spare time

This week the BBC shared the story of 22 year-old Liam, who takes time out of his day to clean the road signs and pick up litter in the East Midlands. The work is unpaid, but he says that he doesn’t mind as it makes the roads safer and cleaner for everyone.
