You can always count on sweet potato to brighten up your day. With no added sugar, these sweet bites contain enough veggies to count as one of your five a day – plus they’re a great source of fibre.
Sweet potatoes are rich in texture and taste, as well as being much healthier than regular potatoes. The natural sweetness of a sweet potato works amazingly as a contrast to the subtle heat provided by our spice blend. Its natural sugars caramelise during the cooking process to give off a wonderfully lightly charred flavour.

Zingy lemon juice cuts through and gives a freshness to the pakora whilst earthy cumin pairs perfectly with the creamy sweetness of sweet potatoes. A gentle background heat from the chillies and paprika adds an underlying warmth to the dish, without overpowering the tastebuds.

Ingredients:

Sweet Potato (29%), Chickpeas (29%), Red Pepper (14%), Rapeseed Oil, Potato Flake, Tomato Puree, Onion, Garlic Puree (Water, Garlic Granules), Ground Coriander, Ground Cumin, Lemon Juice from Concentrate (Concentrated Lemon Juice, Water), Paprika, Salt, Chilli Flakes.
